METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. Credit Card
  • Available only for VISA and MASTERCARD
  • Payment by Credit Card will be redirect to our online payment gateway (MIDTRANS)
  • There will be 2,7% + Rp 2.200,- additional charge
  • The confirmation of registration will be sent automatically to your email once the payment succeeds
2. Virtual Account
  • Payment by Virtual Account should be made by Bank transfer using Internet Banking or ATM
  • Each participant will get a unique Virtual Account No. which will be valid for 7 (seven) days after the online registration made
  • There will be additional charge at Rp 5.200,- per transaction
  • The confirmation of registration will be sent automatically to your email once the payment succeed.
3. Bank Transfer(offline)
  • Payment offline by Bank Transfer only available for GROUP REGISTRATION
  • Payment can be made using Internet Banking or ATM
  • The copy of bank transfer receipt should be sent by email to registration@konikamedan2020.com
  • The confirmation will be send after the copy of bank transfer receipt has been verified by registration team. The distribution will take up to 5 (five) working days

REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY

  1. All cancellations must be made in written and send by email to registration@konikamedan2020.com
  2. Cancellation details:
    • Prior to 29 February 2020 : full refund
    • After 29 February 2020 : there will be no refund
  3. Refund will be process after the congress

CERTIFICATE DISTRIBUTION

  • Certificate will not be printed. E-certificate will be available to be downloaded on the website.
  • In order to get the certificate, participant is required to attend minimum 2 days of the congress.
